Bayley Place Site

The goal of the Bayley Place Community Wellness Center is to promote health and wellness for adults age 18 and up on the Westside of Cincinnati. The mission of the center is to encourage healthy aging by embracing a holistic environment that supports the emotional, intellectual, vocational, social, spiritual and physical well-being of each member. This community will continue the mission of the Sisters of Charity with a commitment rooted in the values of respect, honesty and excellence.

The Bayley Place Community Wellness Center is the "hub" of activity for all of our residents. Each will be able to enjoy the restaurant, community rooms for social gatherings, recreational games, and education programs. The Bayley Place Community Wellness Center also consists of a fitness room and wellness programs, the Eldermount Adult Program, a large multi-purpose room, a country store, and many other amenities to lead an active and fulfilling life.

The new Bayley Place Community Wellness Center includes:

Acquatics center featuring a 27' x 44' warm water pool ideal for therapeutic water workouts and water aerobics.
Fitness Center featuring strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, circuit training and a variety of exercises, classes and more.
Indoor walking track: Enjoy a 1/12 mile walking track featuring a spongy, rubber surface for easy walking throughout the lower level, natural lighting helps to bring the beauty of the outdoors inside.
Integrative therapy featuring massage, reflexology, Healing Touch and other therapies.
Western & Southern Foundation Center: This spacious area will be used for community meetings, classes, workshops, family parties and much more; this room can accommodate up to 150 people and can be divided into three smaller areas.
Country Store: A convenience shop for food and gifts.
Healthy Habits Café: Enjoy a light lunch, afternoon tea, or a snack with friends and family.
A large lobby area featuring a warm, cozy fireplace and plenty of room to spend time with friends and family.

A full-time professional staff oversees the facility and its programming. Membership is limited to adults age 18 and over. The beautiful new Bayley Place Community Wellness Center is located in the heart of the 158-acre Sisters of Charity campus.
