Bernens Medical has opened their second location at the Wellness Center.  They are pleased to offer patients free same day delivery, along with a health care professional (pharmacist/RN) on site for all pharmacy and medical questions. Medical supplies and durable medical equipment will be available for delivery as well as providing Immunizations and other health screenings.

Maple Knoll Home Health

The Wellness Center will be the west-side headquarters for the Maple Knoll Home Health Services, including:

  • Health Care Management
  • Health Monitoring
  • Medication Instruction and Education
  • In Home Safety Assessment (Fall Prevention)
  • Caregiver Education
  • Information and Referral

Maple Knoll offices are located on the lower level, fitness floor.
