For over 150 years the Sisters of Charity have worked to improve lives in Greater Cincinnati. Bayley Place, an outstanding health care residential facility offering a full continuum of care, was opened in 1990. The excellent care being provided is part of the vision and mission of the Sisters of Charity and underscores our commitment to help mature adults to function and live at their maximum potential. Providing the highest quality services, within the limits of our resources, is one of our most important responsibilities. Gifts made to Bayley Place expand our limited resources and help to provide programming and services for residents, their families and members of the community.
Benevolent Care Fund
Through the efforts of the Sisters of Charity and the support of the Sisters of Charity Senior Care Corporation, the Benevolent Care Fund has been established to participate with families in helping to partially fund monthly resident fees for those individuals whose financial resources and support from "other sources" are inadequate for assisted living. Possible other sources include: assistance from family, public and private programs, trusts, fraternal organizations and other means of support. Deferred gifts and gifts designated to the Bayley Place Benevolent Care Funds help meet this very important need.
Eldermount Adult Day Program
This program provides a safe and secure environment for adults and allows them to remain in their homes longer while receiving quality care and medical monitoring in the program. Many of our members need some financial assistance to be able to participate in the program.
General Fund
Donations designated for the General Fund are unrestricted gifts. Board of Trustees are free to allocate these donations to be used where the need is the greatest.
Tribute and Memorial Gift Program
Bayley Place’s tribute program is a wonderful way to honor family and friends throughout the year. A personal acknowledgement letter is sent to the family or individual being honored, without reference to the size of the gift. Your tribute is listed on the Honor Wall at Bayley Place and in the Annual Honor Roll of Contributors. This is a perfect way to remember birthdays, graduations, engagements and weddings, anniversaries, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day...or as an expression of sympathy. You will have the added satisfaction of knowing your gift directly supports the services that Bayley Place provides.
The Elizabeth Bayley Seton Heritage Society
Persons who have planned future gifts to Bayley Place are members of the Elizabeth Bayley Seton Heritage Society. The type of planned gift varies depending upon the individual needs of the donor who may be planning for retirement, caring for older relatives or providing for the futures of children or grandchildren.
There are many types of planned giving vehicles that enable a donor to remember his or her favorite charity through effective estate planning and include:
• Naming Bayley Place to receive a bequest through a will or trust
• Deferred gifts such as Gifts of Securities, Gift Annuities, Charitable Remainder Trusts, Charitable Lead Trusts, Life Insurance, IRA or Retirement Fund

• Name recorded on the Hall of Honor plaque at Bayley Place
• Name published in Annual Honor Roll of Contributors and other Bayley Place publications
• Invitation to attend an annual event as guest of the Bayley Place CEO and Board of Trustees

Mother Margaret George Memorial Fund
The passing of someone close to you is rightfully a time for remembrance, reflection and recognition. Many people search for ways to commemorate the life of a husband, wife, dear friend or family member – to make a lasting statement about what that person meant to them.
You can make a gift that will stand as a memorial to a loved one and at the same time advance our mission in a meaningful way. It is hard to imagine a more thoughtful, satisfying plan.
