The Village at Bayley Place provides a continuum of care for mature adults in a creative homelike Christian community. Our ultimate goal is to enable individuals to live at their highest potential, with maximum freedom and independence.

Cottage Community
The Village at Bayley Place is a community that provides the independence and comfort of one’s own private cottage with the reassurance that assistance is nearby.

Residents of The Village can choose a two or three-bedroom cottage, both with two full baths, an equipped kitchen, ample closet and storage space, utility room, front and rear patio, the choice of a one- or two-car attached garage, and large windows to bring the outdoors in. Each cottage is equipped with individually controlled thermostats, 24-hour security, and an emergency response system. The cottages are large and inviting. They range in size from 1,400 to 1,600 square feet.

Payment Options
The fees for a cottage consist of a "life lease fee" with an ongoing monthly fee. Seventy-five percent of the "life lease fee" is refundable at the time the resident(s) move out of the cottage.

The monthly fee varies depending on the size of the cottage. The amenities and services covered by the monthly fee consist of interior and exterior maintenance, lawn and landscape service, snow and trash removal, water and sewage, administrative support, use of the Bayley Place Community Wellness Center, building insurance, around-the-clock security, emergency response system, and real estate taxes.
